- About Harmony
-
Harmony Living Centers, LLC is a family focused company which operates assisted living communities for the frail elderly throughout the state of Wisconsin. Our management team combines their years of experience in the senior housing and service industries to bring an uncommon level of knowledge, experience, and skills to Harmony. We offer a special combination of housing, supportive services, personalized assistance, and health care designed to respond to the individual needs of those who need help with activities of daily living. Supportive services are available 24 hours a day in our assisted living communities to meet scheduled and unscheduled needs in a way that promotes maximum dignity and independence for each resident and involves the resident's family, neighbors, and friends.
We currently operate 21 assisted living communities in 16 Wisconsin communities. Our assisted living communities distinguish themselves by offering a broad array of supportive services designed to permit Harmony residents to "AGE-IN-PLACE" as their needs for assistance with daily care requirements increase over time.
We offer a Standard Services Program to meet the resident's basic needs and a Supportive Services Program designed to provide additional services that some residents may require initially, or later as their needs change. Respite services are also available.
- Designed for You
-
Our assisted living communities are designed to "fill the gap" between independent living and the nursing home. We can tailor services to the needs of each individual resident. With our resources and expertise, we have the ability to provide services to residents with varying service needs.
Along with the comforts of home, we have designed our assisted living communities with many physical features to meet the needs of our residents. Each suite has an emergency call system built into the bathroom and next to the bed. Our security measures include fire alarms and a sprinkler system along with trained staff on premise 24 hours a day. Many of our communities are step-free and all of our facilities feature wide hallways with handrails; each is wheelchair accessible.
Our Standard Service program meets our resident's daily basic needs. This includes housekeeping, laundry, cable t.v., meals, and daily activity programming. These services are included in the monthly rent.
Our Supportive Service program is designed to provide additional services that some residents may require initially, or later as their needs change. There is a modest additional charge for these services.
All our assisted living communities offer a variety of social, educational, and physical activities. There are many opportunities to make new and lasting friends.
